Entry into judged competitions

Entry into judged competitions is open to all, irrespective of your level of experience or expertise.

The following limits apply to the numbers of items one entrant can submit :

  • A maximum of 3 photographs across the five Photographic competitions.
  • A maximum of 3 paintings across the three Fine Art competitions.
  • A maximum of 3 items in each of the Craft sections. There is no limit to the number of Craft sections that can be entered. If you wish to enter more than 5 items in total, please use a second form or contact the Entries Secretary.

Items entered into judged competitions will NOT be for sale.

Preferably, please use the online form (available from 1st April 2026) to submit your work. Alternatively, follow this link for a print and post version of the form work for judging form 2026a .

Please note that the closing date for entries is Friday 10th July 2026.

The information you enter will be used to produce labels for your work. These will be posted to you along with a copy of your entry details and some flyers which we ask that you use to help publicise the event.

    Handing in your work

    Attach the correct label (supplied by the Association) to each item (for craft items please use a long thread)

    Deliver the items to The Purbeck School, Wareham, BH20 4PF at your agreed drop off time & date

    Collection of items

    Items will be available for collection DURING THE SPECIFIED TIMES on Wednesday 5th August only.

    Collection is your responsibility: the Association has no storage facilities.

    Remember to collect your comment forms and certificates!
