How to calculate your payment

1. How many exhibits are you entering?

2. What fee should you pay?   £1.50 per exhibit for a member, £3.00 per exhibit for a non-member, £0.50 per exhibit for young DACA / person with disability.

3.  Calculate the total exhibit fee. Multiply the number from step 1 by the relevant fee from step 2.

4.  Add £2 for the postage / administration fee.

5.  The result from step 4 is the amount you pay. 

Example

For a non-member entering 2 craft items, 1 fine art item, 1 photograph

1. Number of exhibits = 4

2. Fee to be paid £3.00 per exhibit

3. Total exhibit fee 4 x £3.00 = £12

4. Add £2 

5. Total to pay £12 + £2 = £14.
