Without the generous help of our volunteers and stewards our exhibition would not happen.
Can you help us turn this...
The week before the exhibition when we are setting up we have small groups of people working together to
• Iron and pin fabric to tables
• Accept entries on Handing In Day
• Display Exhibits and Hang Paintings
There’s usually a lot of laughter along the way not to mention a good supply of tea/ coffee and biscuits. If you would like to get involved we’d love to hear from you whether you can spare an hour, a morning or a day, complete either of the following forms or contact Jenny – firstname.lastname@example.org
Stewarding – Can you spare two hours?
Stewards help visitors to make the most of their visit and ensuring that work is kept safe.
Full instructions are given and stewarding ‘slots’ are 1-1/2 or 2 hours.
Stewards at the exhibition are identified by their sashes, in DACA colours, made by our Chief Steward, Celia Morris and modelled here by her husband Tim, our Treasurer.
