Can you help? We need volunteers and stewards for our 2021 Showcase event.
Without the willing help of our volunteers and stewards our exhibition would not happen.
There’s usually a lot of laughter along the way not to mention a good supply of tea/ coffee and biscuits. If you would like to get involved we’d love to hear from you, whether you can spare an hour, a morning or a day.
Can you help us set up and take down the displays?
From Tuesday 3rd to Thursday 5th August, we need volunteers to help us set up the displays. You might be asked to
• Iron and pin fabric to tables
• Help to process the entries for the sales gallery
• Set up the sales gallery and the other displays
On Wednesday 11th August, we need help processing the collection of work and clearing the display areas.

Stewarding – Can you spare two hours?
Stewards help visitors to make the most of their visit and ensuring that work is kept safe.
Full instructions are given and stewarding ‘slots’ are 1-1/2 or 2 hours.
Stewards at the exhibition are identified by their sashes, in DACA colours, made by our Entries Secretary, Celia Morris and modelled here by her husband Tim, our Treasurer.
